Campaign finance mega-program on KIPO tonight

by Larry Geller

Tune in this evening (Thursday, 4/8/2010) 5-6 p.m., to Town Square on KIPO 89.3 FM, for what promises to be a great program on campaign finance issues, including Hawaii’s own bill, HB2003.

Guests will be Nikki Love from Common Cause Hawaii,: Senator Les. Ihara, Jr., Barbara Polk from ADA, Bob Stern of the Center for Governmental Studies, and a rep from Murray Hill Inc—the corporation that is running for Congress in Maryland.

Yes, corporations are people too, right?

Host Beth-Ann Kozlovich encourages phone calls. Call early to be sure you get your chance.

Oh, HB2003 needs fixing. Find out what’s right and what’s wrong with it and what you can do to help.
