No emailed meeting notices for Calvin Say hearing on Friday?

Just a quick followup to yesterday’s Hidden in plain sight: the workings of the House committee to investigate Calvin Say’s qualifications to hold office (2/24/2015).
The meeting notice for Friday’s hearing on Calvin Say’s qualification to hold office is date-stamped 7:02 p.m. February 24, in other words, last night.
Yet as of just a moment ago, I have not yet received the emailed notice even though I subscribe to “all” meeting notices via the Capitol website system.
More interesting, and I’m still awaiting complete verification: the parties appear not to have been notified either. Consider this unverified at this point.
