The making of a Frankenbill—video

Yes, a Frankenbill, HB252, is still alive and stalking the halls of the State Capitol.
The bill is scheduled for conference committee at 1:15 today (Friday, 4/26/2013). Note that this is just the time that the conference committee emerges from their dark deliberations to briefly face the public in the light of day.
