Minor hearing Monday in (de)Occupy lawsuit against city

A “Rule 16 Scheduling Conference “ is on the federal court calendar for Monday, March18, 2012 at 9 a.m. in Courtroom 5 at the federal courthouse on Ala Moana Blvd.
Generally these scheduling conferences are not very interesting, but you never know. They often provide a glimpse into how the lawsuit will proceed as it goes to trial.
Unless I’ve missed something (or unless things change first), a hearing on the motions will take place on May 17 at 9 a.m. That hearing could determine if the city is enjoined from illegally confiscating property from the sidewalks.
