FERC Ruling re Kauai Hydropower Permits
Kaua'i Blogger Andy Parx has published an interesting article on the recent Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) ruling dismissing two Kaua`i hydroelectric projects in favor of State Regulation.
