Floor amendment to HB128 fails 19 to 33

Rep. Belatti and others spoke eloquently on pay-for-play, which the amendment would have remedied. But the amendment failed.
I’ll post the votes here as soon as the list is available, so there won’t be a mistake. Readers need to know who is in favor of accepting corporate money.
Now, the underlying bill is under discussion for a vote.
Accepting money from those submitting bids to the state is one problem. Allowing campaign money to go to schools and libraries is another big problem.
Let’s see who votes for this bill and who votes against.
