Lots of new housing options, plenty of tasty cheese and we get Zabars and Harrods! I'd say that's a whole lot better than run down auto repair Quonset huts, droves of homeless, dismal graffiti-covered 60 year old block buildings and no sidewalks. Maybe we can add a Trader Joe.
