Free Speech Radio News July 4 special on the Occupy movement includes (de) Occupy Honolulu and The Law of the Splintered Paddle
by Larry Geller
Free Speech Radio News has posted a July 4 special on the Occupy movement featuring information also on (de)Occupy Honolulu and mentioning the special significance of July 4 in Hawaiian history.
It’s rare for events in Hawaii to be mentioned in a news program. This is good exposure for what makes our particular Occupy movement unique.
The material on Hawaii is mostly towards the end of the segment. There is kind of a transcript here that omits the voices themselves—so give a listen. The transcript page also has a better audio player than the one above.
The program will air on KKCR and KAHU in Hawaii tomorrow and on 114 stations on the Continent and around the world and also on shortwave.
