House holds hearing on 13 bills without public notice

Did you know that SB2383, SB2506, SB2939, SB490, SB2009, SB2424, SB2671, SB2798, SB745, SB2056, SB2568, SB2655, SB2933 were going to be heard at 2:30 today?
Neither did I.
Neither did almost anyone.
The House waived the 48 hour notice.
Did you want to submit testimony on these bills?
Too bad.
