Big Island APEC expenditures went where, exactly?

I wonder how someone could ask for a breakdown of the expenses? It must be out there somewhere.
The notice lists the Big Island Economic Development Board and the Big Island Visitor's Bureau as sponsors. What makes you (Damon) suspect it was county money that was used?
