Disclosure required of Judicial Selection Committee selections

Great minds think alike, but at different speeds I guess. Ian Lind posted his article OIP opinion appears to require disclosure of nominee names after selection is made (1/27/2010) while I was still typing.

And his is better, anyway.

So how about this. Click over there and read Ian’s article. Then below is the 1992 case he was looking for, to compete the picture.
