“Scumdog Millionaires” ricochets around the Capitol

I first saw this article from Andy Parx’ Got Windmills website in an email from a state legislator.
Before I could get my blog editor fired up there were two more emails about it.
Andy cuts to the quick on the current corporate money grab underway at the Legislature. It’s short and to the point.
And I thought I could write.
Check out Andy’s article—I don’t even want to snip from it and spoil his development.
